PARTY POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
6 c. chopped cooked potatoes
1 med. cucumber, sliced
1 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
Cooking:
Combine potatoes, cucumber, 3/4 cup carrots, and seasonings. Add combined sour cream and salad dressing. Mix lightly. Chill. Garnish remaining carrots. 8- 10 servings.
