OLD STYLE POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
6-8 med. diced potatoes
4 eggs, boiled
1/2 c. dill pickle
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking:
Boil potatoes in salt water until tender. Drain. Add eggs, pickles, onions and pimentos; set aside. Stir together Miracle Whip, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss lightly into potato mixture until well blended.
