DIFFERENT POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
8 potatoes, boiled, peeled, and sliced
SALAD DRESSING:
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. parsley
Cooking:
Begin with layer of sliced potatoes in casserole, spread with dressing mixture and continue alternating, ending with mixture. Refrigerate. Keeps well.
