SOUR MACARONI SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb. macaroni (sm. shells)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 cucumber,diced
1 green pepper,diced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
Cooking:
Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Add onion, cucumber, and green pepper. Mix together: tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Pour 1/2 of mixture on macaroni, onion, cucumber, and green pepper. Chill covered overnight. Add remaining mixture and serve.
