Macaroni Salad Recipe

SCHOOL DAZE MACARONI SALAD

Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 c. macaroni
1 c. frozen vegetables
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 hot dog wieners, sliced

Cooking:

Cook macaroni 3 minutes; add vegetables. Boil about 5 minutes more. Drain. In another pan, melt butter. Add flour and pepper. Add milk, all at once. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add cheese and mustard and cook until cheese melts. Add macaroni and vegetables. Put into 3 small bowls. Top with wieners. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. 3 servings.
