Macaroni Salad Recipe

FRUIT MACARONI SALAD

Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:

2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or
tidbits, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. coconut
1 container Cool Whip

Cooking:

Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Add pineapple juice and egg. Cook, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add lemon juice and cool. Place cooked and cool macaroni in a large bowl. Pour thickened mixture over and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all until well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
