Chicken Salad Recipes

HOT CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
(undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper as desired
Very thin Pepperidge Farm bread
4 oz. jar mushrooms, chopped

Chicken Salad Recipe Cooking:

Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream. Set aside. Mix chicken, onion, olives, eggs, mushrooms, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Make sandwiches and place side by side on a cookie sheet. Spread with soup, sour cream mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
