HOT CHICKEN PARTY SALAD Recipe

chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:

2 c. cubed chicken (could use turkey
or tuna)
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Chicken Salad Recipe Cooking:

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Toss into custard cups. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 6 individual servings.
