Chicken Salad Recipes

CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD

Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:

1 cooked, boneless chicken breast,
chopped
1 sm. onion, minced (opt.)
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. red seedless grapes, sliced
3 tbsp. mayo
Lettuce
Pita bread

Cooking:

In bowl place chopped, cooked chicken. Add all other ingredients, mayo last. Can add additional mayonnaise to taste. Mix thoroughly. Line pita bread with lettuce, add mixture. Serves 4.
