Chicken Salad Recipes

CALIFORNIA HOT CHICKEN SALAD

California Hot Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients :

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix ingredients, spread in 9x9 baking casserole dish. 

Chicken Salad Topping :
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes

California Hot Chicken Salad Recipe Cooking :

Combine almonds, potato chips and corn flakes. Sprinkle crumb topping on chicken mixture. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
